The 40ish Year Old Domestic Goddess


Well what can I say about me................................................................. 
I'm 40ish (cough, cough) and live in beautiful Sussex with my hubby of 19 years, a 19 year old daughter named in the blog as HRH, a 15 year old son known as Sparky and our gorgeous but slightly crazy Cocker Spaniel.

Here are 5 facts about me:-

1.I am a stay at home mum and have been since the day my daughter was born. If I had a pound for every time someone has said "What do you do all day" I would be a millionaire twice over.......


2. I have done the school thing ie sat on the PTA for 10 years and lived and survived the school playground.


3.Both my kids are at that age now where I am a total embarrassment to them........Maybe its my love of signing and dancing round the kitchen that does it................Either that or its just an age thing.


4.I love to clean...........Don't hate me..................I just do, its something I am obsessed with. My downfall is unfortunately cooking and as much as I have tried I am just not gifted in that way. For many years my kids though Fish Fingers were black not orange......


5. I love to walk with The Spaniel, meet with friends, drink coffee and eat cake.................................Whooooppssss, number 1 is looking slightly hypercritical now.....................................


So that's me in a nutshell, nut being the right word. I love to laugh and love to make people laugh.
