What's The Story...

I took this picture when we went to the Olympics, it had always been a dream of mine to go to these amazing games and I wasn't disappointed. I used to watch them as a little girl with my dad and even though he would stay up really late and I would have to go to bed I used to sneak down and sit by the door watching them in secret.
To be able to take my children was such a fantastic experience and as Mr DG used to play Water Polo for GB he was able to meet up with lots of his old team mates too. All in all it was one of the most brilliant days of my life.

    Bet is was a fab experience! A close friend of mine was in the opening and closing ceremonies and she had the most amazing time!

    How wonderful to be there and with your children. An amazing once in a lifetime event. What a great photograph too. We were in the stadium the night before we won 3 golds, incredible atmosphere. Thank you so much for sharing with #whatsthestory
